Reaching the Inner Circle of Health

The three biggest health issues for women are adrenal exhaustion, Candida (yeast) overgrowth and a magnesium deficiency, according to registered nutritional consulting practitioner Brenda Eastwood.

After 17 years of private practice, she was seeing these big three come up again and again in her clients and knew she had to reach a bigger audience. So she began touring, doing TV, radio and web lectures, and an audio health series. Also enter her online coaching program called the Inner Circle, where women learn step-by-step how to reclaim their health, lose weight, and feel energized and empowered. The program offers many support options including weekly lessons for two years, e-manuals, consultations and e-coaching.

"Our program is for women who want to attain vibrant health by making their own informed choices," she says. Based on the program's 99 percent retention rate, it's safe to say that the online coaching appeals to many.

"Women endure. They push on. They adapt to low energy and wellness, and they forget that life can be 5,000 times better," says Eastwood. But once women make the decision to "Just do it," lives change. The thousands of testimonials that she has gathered are a tribute to that fact.

Eastwood has overcome many of her own health challenges, including premature menopause at the age of 32. It was this experience that taught her firsthand about how to deal with hormonal issues. Now, three decades later, she is healthy, vibrant and passionate about her life's work. To that effect, she is this year's recipient of the Women of Worth Award in the health and wellness category.
