Discover Your Potential to Develop Health

In recent years, the focus of anatomical studies have looked at the organ we call the brain. What is most surprising is that, in the past, we have so misunderstood its function and purpose. On a continual basis, with deeper and more relevant research, we are discovering phenomenal facts about this harbor of consciousness. With eight-and-a-half times more cells packed into this little powerhouse than the rest of the body, this forces the question of how much this dynamo can really do. We do know thru hundreds of thousands of magnetic resonance imagery (MRI) that the average person uses less than four percent of their brain. The brain's composition is 80 percent water, 15 percent fat, and the rest cellular activity. Thought-producing neurons number a hundred billion and their main fuel is essential fat, electricity and protein with a little glucose thrown in. Once we provide the chemical nourishment, we have a Lear jet awaiting our capacity to pilot it. Sadly, most of us have not attended flight school.
With 96 percent of the brain being unused, let's respect and develop this anatomical genius, and embrace the power to manifest and create exceptional reality. How do we take the leap from our current circumstance to the limitless potential that awaits us? First and foremost, we must have an authentic desire to evolve into consciousness. It is common to be unconscious since it seemingly protects us from hurt and suffering. However, our concept that "Ignorance is bliss" is completely ill conceived. The truth is that total consciousness increases our capacity for success, elation, contribution and compassion. All of this seems so big for those who live a fabricated existence. Our modern lifestyles act as buffers preventing us from touching real life.
There is no more noble a cause than personal development. It is what provides the father, husband, and son, or the mother, wife, or daughter to be the best at what they pursue. It is this development that allows the core character of a person to be their persona rather than a pieced-together facade of who they pretentiously believe they are. To dynamically produce a better you, the first step is to commit every personal action as an act of integrity. It is worrisome that anyone does anything half-heartedly or halfway. The question screams out, "Why engage if not committed"? This one powerful thought should make you understand that it is often your lack of persistence that creates your disorder, unhappiness and failure. Living at the highest level of responsibility rewards you with well-being, happiness and success.
"Psychology of well-being" is exactly what the statement says. It is within our own potential to develop health at every level. Too often we surrender this potential to the so-called profession of health care. It is easy for the health-care provider to give you half-answers if you are unwilling to believe/accept that you are the only one capable of healing yourself. Of course, even those who live a conscious life can search out the assistance of professionals. In this case, they may select the advice that truly resonates with them and add it to their own repertoire of self-created solutions. Every aspect of life should be secure and understood by a mere act of total participation. There are no gray areas for those who fully employ their gift of mental capacity. And there is not one of us who does not possess everything we need to live a life worthy of being.
Give yourself the confidence to explore the deepest canyons of your desire. Take those desires and make them your guiding light. Within the endless parameter of their brilliant rays, forge ahead and totally accept the gifts that will naturally present themselves along the way.
