Are You A Woman Of Worth?

This is a subject that's deeply personal to me. And if Oprah's recent interview with Barbra Streisand is any indication, I'm not the only one.
Barbra has eight Grammies, two Oscars and a Tony, and is one of our era's most legendary icons. Yet after decades of superstardom and extraordinary leadership, even Streisand still wonders at times if SHE is "enough." In her interview with Oprah. she states, "It's about self-acceptance. It's about believing that I am enough."
In this era of the so-called "Superwomen," our capes get donned right along with the pantyhose and Prada. We have every technology at our disposal, from the tiniest phones to the speediest wireless. Our families are raised right along with our paycheques. We do it all, and we do it exceptionally well. So what's this "Am I enough?" about?
I don't know about you, but I spent way too much of my earlier life in the dark hole of believing I wasn't "enough." When I discovered that this issue affects thousands upon thousands of successful and lovely women, I was shocked ... and yet also somewhat relieved to discover I wasn't alone.
We're generally very good at "doing," so it's rarely about doing even more. And if we keep putting ourselves on the fast-forward fast-track with little respite, our souls can end up on the back burner and then on burnout. Is this really the most powerful place to lead from?
Be the leader that magnetizes and inspires. In every area of life, it will begin within. It starts with believing that we are "enough," which has its roots in the Power of Worthiness. It's an internal mind shift. Tapping into our inherent worthiness creates a core of strength more enduring than titanium, and a sense of peace that's more rejuvenating than a spa retreat. Results unfold with less effort, and increased joy and empowerment for everyone.
Invite yourself to tap into this deeper core, with fundamental basics like:
Establishing an extraordinary support and soul team.
Understanding gender differences, and embracing them.
Taking time to BE, to quiet the mind, decrease stress and increase clarity.
Getting help to get it all done - strategizing the multi-tasker.
Creating energy resources through nurturing, wellness, humour and … chocolate!
Celebrating your remarkable gifts, with a focus on wisdom, intuition, grace, capability and fabulousness.
We are ALL leaders, whether it's through random acts of kindness or leading a nation. The true strength and power of our leadership comes from within, and it's a resource that's almost humbling in its magnitude. We are SO much more than enough. We're magnificent.
Tapping into your WOW factor.
Because every woman ... is a Woman Of Worth
