Story of Healing: Longevity

Yoga has been at the core of my life for 35 years. This year, I will be 90, and I enjoy the gentle, relaxed feeling it rewards me with. It helps to keep me limber and improve my  circulation. Yoga exercises have been especially beneficial for my heart condition. I no longer have angina attacks. This discipline has opened my mind to gentle ways. It taught me to respect my own body. Yoga lets me understand the connection of all body parts, and the importance of deep breathing and concentration.
