Story of Healing: Low Self Esteem

Source: Health Action Magazine Spring 2008

Coming from parents who were alcoholics, I had a lot of issues to overcome. The biggest was low self esteem. Intellectually, I knew I was a good person, but emotionally, I was stupid. No one liked me.

I went to a psychologist, which didn't help. I decided to try energy psychotherapy techniques. After questioning me about what I wanted to work on/resolve, Phil Warren, my instructor of Radiant Energies Balance, had me do a series of tappings on my body, various eye movements, lip and below- the-neck rubbings, and arm and leg movements. This was to access and balance my body's energy system, as he described it. It all seemed very strange, but I went along.

Well, that was my one and only session about low self esteem, but my life changed dramatically! My esteem issues are gone. Other issues seemed to have faded away as well. Life is good and I have recommended many others try this technique.
