The Labour Environmental Alliance Society works to create alliances and initiatives that promote healthy workplaces, healthy homes and communities and a healthy environment.

LEAS embraces the principles of environmental sustainability and social justice. Its goals include:

* Developing innovative, action-oriented research that reveals the links between human health and ecological health;
* Actively informing and educating the public in the key areas of toxics use reduction, cancer prevention and environmental pollution prevention;
* Promoting the public’s right to know about toxins in their workplaces, homes and communities;
* Advocating that workers and communities should be partners in the development of policies aimed at achieving a more sustainable, green economy;
* Developing and promoting policy and legislative best practices in the areas of toxics use reduction, cancer prevention and pollution prevention.

Callanish Society is a non-profit organization providing retreats and support programs for people living with cancer and their families. Our week-long retreats and city programs provide participants with the opportunity to explore in-depth the impact that cancer has had on their lives physically, emotionally and spiritually. Our goal is for people to create greater fearlessness and more personal clarity around illness, loss and death. We also host monthly meetings for the Young Adult Cancer Network supporting people 18 - 30 years old who are living with a history of cancer.

Formally the Centre for Integrated Healing, InspireHealth provides an integrated whole person approach to health for individuals living with cancer. Our medical doctors 'coach' patients to explore and learn about a variety of wellness approaches to health and healing in addition to conventional cancer treatments. Our integrated cancer care model engages people in their own care and improves quality of life. To foster local, provincial, national, and international connections to broaden and deepen Canada’s cancer prevention movement.
