Brenda has been helping women with body weight issues, anxiety, & hormonal imbalances for over 20 years. Brenda was in private practice as a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner for 17 years and for the last 12 years has been sharing her knowledge through seminars, teleclasses, TV and radio shows, audio health series and her unique Inner Circle Coaching Program.

This program supports Breast Cancer Survivors as they traverse their healing journey. The founder and facilitator of the program, Linda-Ann Bowling is a Master Intuitive and Empathic Healing Coach, who partners with her herd of horses to promote emotional wellness. We also offer individual and group programs for Executive Women and Women in Business.

We are women who value women's knowledge,support one another to take charge of our own health, and raise awareness and inspire action for the feminist advancement of women's health.
The VWHC empowers women to take charge of their health through: our health practitioner directory,workshops and support groups, our women's health library and information centre, and through advocacy work. The VWHC fights for publicly funded health care, and for appropriate, quality care for all women.
