The Natural Health Show is unique. We're producing a show that makes a difference in the way people view their own health. Each week we present natural health information that's easy to understand. What is natural health? It's an approach to health that incorporates vitamins, supplements, herbs, healthy food and positive lifestyle practices. These are all part of a personal support system that will help our bodies not just heal but thrive.
