A new three- day Ayurvedic massage therapy (abhyanga) class. This event offers practical hands-on experiential learning, using classically formulated medicinal oils for individual doshic balance. Pre-requisite: knowledge of Ayurvedic terminology; this class is practical only. Call for details for menstruating women. You will give and receive Ayurvedic massage therapy.
