Shiv completed his BCom from UBC in 2003 and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 2004. He is currently a Senior Manager at Smythe Ratcliffe, LLP in Vancouver, providing accounting, assurance and tax services to private companies, focusing in the technology, manufacturing and real estate sectors. He also provides due diligence services for corporate transactions. Additional accomplishments include being a mentor of New Ventures BC Competition (2008). He has also volunteered for Health Action Network Society since 1999, and is a valued asset on the Board of Directors.
